We all know the key to a healthy life includes eating right and exercising, but many other factors are involved as well that are just as easy to adjust. Make sure to remember to
1. Take time off - Use those vacation days or take a break from chores during the weekend. Your brain subconsciously seeks immediate rewards, like watching TV with a bag of chips) so break those bad habits by creating new good ones.
2. Sleep at least 7 hours a night - Most Americans average 6 hours of a sleep a night. Do yourself a huge favor and go bed just a hour earlier! Sleeping enough can reduce weight gain, stress, anxiety  and disease.
3. Welcome failure - Embrace failure. It's a part of life that allows you to learn and to change for the better.
