It's been 14 days and I have stayed on the program 100%. For the first time since I have started my challenge, I do feel hungry occasionally. My saving grace has been water. I am right on track for the amount of weight I have lost.
At first, my attitude was to finish the challenge doing exactly what was asked of me. Now, I'm so impressed with how much more I can do during my workouts and how strong I feel, I want to continue to embrace these workouts as part of my life.
It's been a full week now and I feel good. The workouts are intense. I have noticed that I am able to do a little more each time I go. That means my muscles are getting stronger and I am getting healthier. Yeah me again!
Brightens and evens out skins color and texture while nourishing and retaining the skin’s natural moisture balance. Lifts aging surface cells leaving behind healthy cells. This process stimulates collagen and will tighten skin.

Hi Be Natural Beauties, It's been 4 days since I have started my 45 Day Challenge and I must say, I am being pushed physically more than I have ever been in my life. I was extremely sore the second day and it has taken 4 days to feel pain free again. The food intake is healthy, but restrictive. I keep telling myself - I can do anything for 45 days. It's only been 4 days, but I am so proud of myself - Yeah me!!!
Eating a diet that is rich in antioxidants is an excellent anti-aging strategy for the entire body. However, it is estimated that only about 2-3% of the antioxidants we eat, get to the skin because of the body’s demand for antioxidants. Topically applied antioxidants in an absorbable form can reduce skin damage significantly by putting antioxidants directly into the skin.
This is especially true of the epidermis which has no direct supply of blood to provide antioxidants and has the greatest exposure to sun and pollution. The skin can tolerate and benefit from an infinite supply of antioxidants which will slow the skin’s aging process to a trickle.
In a fascinating study performed in Scotland, researchers read the brainwaves of subjects as they walked through different environments such as busy urban streets or parks. In the urban environment, the subjects were more alert and frustrated. When walking in nature, their brainwave readings became more meditative. Nature engages and relaxes the brain, which makes it a great environment for reflection and it makes it easier to concentrate later in the day.
