It's been 14 days and I have stayed on the program 100%. For the first time since I have started my challenge, I do feel hungry occasionally. My saving grace has been water. I am right on track for the amount of weight I have lost.
At first, my attitude was to finish the challenge doing exactly what was asked of me. Now, I'm so impressed with how much more I can do during my workouts and how strong I feel, I want to continue to embrace these workouts as part of my life.
